On-the-job Mentorship Program
The goal of this program is to deploy equipped, safe, knowledgeable, independent, and confident employees into the workforce.
Short Service Employee Program
- Mentor program established for a newly hired field service employee with less than six months of employment at Kodiak and less than one year of industry-specific experience.
- Managers, mentors and EH&S work together to teach, monitor and sign off on competencies through various stages of the program.
- Easily identified on location by highly visible hard hat
- Ensures a smooth transition from mentorship to independent employee.
Experienced Service Employee Program
- Mentor program established for newly hired field service employees with less than six months of employment at Kodiak and more than one year of documented industry-specific work experience.
- Employees are required to demonstrate competent skills, however due to their industry experience, may be on an expedited schedule.
- Easily identified on location by highly visible hard hat
- Ensures smooth transition from mentorship to independent employee.
Innovative Partnerships
At Kodiak, we have established multiple partnerships through various non-traditional institutions of higher learning to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates into the gas compression industry. These partnerships allow students to gain knowledge and experience through hands-on learning and develop relationships with hiring managers within Kodiak.
