On-the-job Mentorship Program

The goal of this program is to deploy equipped, safe, knowledgeable, independent, and confident employees into the workforce.

Short Service Employee Program

  • Mentor program established for a newly hired field service employee with less than six months of employment at Kodiak and less than one year of industry-specific experience.
  • Managers, mentors and EH&S work together to teach, monitor and sign off on competencies through various stages of the program.
  • Easily identified on location by highly visible hard hat
  • Ensures a smooth transition from mentorship to independent employee.

Experienced Service Employee Program

  • Mentor program established for newly hired field service employees with less than six months of employment at Kodiak and more than one year of documented industry-specific work experience.
  • Employees are required to demonstrate competent skills, however due to their industry experience, may be on an expedited schedule.
  • Easily identified on location by highly visible hard hat
  • Ensures smooth transition from mentorship to independent employee.
