The HRIS Analyst will provide functional and technical expertise to support our HR system (Workday) and processes. This is a great opportunity to expand your Workday skills, as we utilize almost all Workday modules. Collaborate with HR department, IT and other functional areas to identify process, system and reporting enhancements and modifications. Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices, develop new process and implement solutions based on business requirements. Manage and communicate business processes to relevant stakeholders to promote optimum efficiency using Workday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for Workday Business Processes and system functionality. Provide training, guidance and other support to end-users.

  • Provide technical support of Workday modules including, HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Talent, Time-Tracking, Absence and Payroll. Troubleshoot and research issues and support enhancement requests. Make Business Process configuration modifications. Recommend and implement modifications to existing processes, new processes, integrations, functionality and solutions. Maintain system tables.

  • Provide guidance and expertise on HR reporting needs. Write, generate and maintain reports and metrics for HR team and company. Generate routine and complex reports and metrics.

  • Maintain domain security as well as user and role-based security in Workday.

  • Implement and perform data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for operational excellence to maximize process and systems efficiencies.

Education, Experience, Training & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience required; Workday experience required

  • Experience in Workday Business Process Structure, Reporting and Security required

  • Experience with two or more Workday modules required: Payroll, HCM, Advanced Compensation, Performance and Talent, Recruiting and Onboarding

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills essential

  • Demonstrated record of process improvements and enhancements required

  • Ability to lead effectively through change essential

  • Strong customer centricity a must
