Training at BEARS Academy
A key part of every early‑career journey is training at BEARS Academy, Kodiak's dedicated technical training facility where new technicians Build Experience And Real Skills.
Training at BEARS Academy blends hands‑on classroom learning, shop instruction, and virtual reality training to create a strong foundation before fully stepping into the field. Once in the field, new technicians continue learning through the Short Service Employee (SSE) Program, working alongside experienced mentors as they build the skills and confidence needed to work independently.
